How Buying Works
Four steps from browsing to handover. No hidden stages, no surprise fees.
Step 1
Browse the catalogue
Filter by price, level, region, badge count, evo guns or specific rare bundles. Every listing carries up to ten real screenshots and an optional walkthrough video, so you see the inventory before you commit.
Step 2
Create an account and raise a ticket
Register with your email, then open a ticket on the account you want. Tickets are a live chat thread with our team, so you can ask for extra screenshots, a video call or clarification on anything in the listing.
Step 3
Agree terms and pay
We confirm availability, lock the listing to Reserved so nobody else can claim it, and share payment details inside your ticket. Never send money through any channel other than your ticket thread.
Step 4
Receive the handover
You get the login details, recovery email access and a walkthrough of how to secure the account. The listing is marked Sold and your ticket stays open until you confirm everything works.
What we commit to

- A listing marked Reserved is held for one buyer only.
- Every conversation is logged in your ticket history for your own records.
